Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us at elirynart@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Custom Orders Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variations due to monitor display differences. Please review product details, dimensions, and colors carefully before ordering.
